Van de Calseyde Hydraulics is more than a distributor of loose hoses and fittings — we also produce complete custom hose assemblies in our own workshop in Ghent. Whether you need a prototype series for a new machine, a recurring order for series production, or a specific assembly for a critical application: our team crimps, cuts and inspects every assembly in-house. Our workshop
Van de Calseyde operates a fully equipped assembly workshop at our Ghent facility (Afrikalaan 289). Our infrastructure includes 4 assembly lines, each fitted with 4 hydraulic crimping machines, a cutting machine for precise length-to-order, and an extensive stock of hoses, fittings, inserts and ferrules. We cover all common connection types: BSP, metric, JIC, ORFS, NPT and flanged.
Our technicians crimp hoses from DN03 up to large diameters, in rubber, thermoplastic and PTFE, for pressure ranges up to 500 bar and beyond.

OEM and machine builders
Do you manufacture machines, systems or vehicles and regularly need the same hose assemblies? We get involved from the specification stage, deliver consistent quality on repeat orders and align logistics to your production schedule. Delivery on fixed order cycles or just-in-time basis can be arranged.
Industry and maintenance
Do you have a failed hose, need a custom length or a specific fitting combination you cannot find off the shelf? Bring your damaged hose or dimensional drawing and we will produce the assembly in our workshop, same day for standard dimensions.
What types of hose assemblies do we produce?
High-pressure hydraulic hoses (braided and spiral, up to 500 bar), low-pressure hydraulic hoses (return, drain, suction), industrial hoses (water, air, steam, chemical resistant), PTFE hose assemblies (food-grade, high temperature), thermoplastic hoses, high-pressure CO₂ and N₂ hoses for the beverage industry, sewer cleaning hoses to specification and high-pressure wash-down hoses.
All assemblies are produced to applicable standards (EN 853, EN 856, EN 857, ISO 1436, ISO 3862).
How does it work?
Step 1 — Specification: provide us with the required length, diameter, pressure class and connection types. By e-mail, phone or by bringing a reference sample.
Step 2 — In-house production: our team cuts the hose to length, prepares the fittings and crimps the assembly on calibrated machines.
Step 3 — Delivery or collection: standard assemblies are ready the same day. For larger series, lead time is agreed in advance.
