The Alfagomma Alfabiotech 6000 is a widely used very high-pressure spiral hose for the most demanding hydraulic applications. Van de Calseyde offers a full alternative: the Intertraco Flexline6000, a four or six wire steel spiral hose meeting ISO 18752 class 420 and SAE 100 R15.
The Flexline6000 is also a direct technical replacement for the Yokohama Versatran ISO18752-420 bar, a very high-pressure isobaric spiral hose previously distributed through FB Hydraulic, now part of the Danfoss group. Both hoses meet ISO 18752 class 420 and SAE 100 R15, with identical working pressure, temperature range, and fluid compatibility.
The Flexline6000 is available in all common dash sizes and is fully compatible with our fitting range.

Applications
The Flexline6000 is built for the most demanding hydraulic systems subject to extreme pressure peaks and high pulsation loads. Typical applications include heavy construction and mining equipment, offshore and marine hydraulics, industrial presses and high-pressure mobile hydraulics. The hose carries MSHA approval for use in underground mining.

Is the Flexline6000 an alternative to the Yokohama Versatran 420 bar?
Yes. The Yokohama Versatran ISO18752-420 bar and the Flexline6000 meet the same standard and are technically interchangeable. The Versatran was distributed through FB Hydraulic, which was acquired by Danfoss in December 2025. For supply continuity, the Flexline6000 is available directly from stock in Ghent.
